Nurul Tasriffin
Having started here as a freshie in Customer Relations, I am incredibly lucky and grateful to have had amazing mentors from directors to managers that were patient in my learning progress. When I gave up on myself, they never gave up on me. Rentwise’s management cares about their employees and I strongly believe that that was a strong factor to why I have stayed with the company for so many years and have moved up the corporate ladder.

Working at Rentwise has given me 10years of memorable experiences. TEAM WORK, is a super important factor in Rentwise. I really appreciate having such a great team. Whenever I have a problem on my any of my tasks, when I SOS for help, each and every department will come to my aid. The unity and company culture that is instilled here is definitely hard to come by nowadays.

I’ve had very good experiences in Rentwise moving up the ladder working alongside people from different departments with various backgrounds. The diversity of talents within the company made me feel very accepted coming from a non-IT background myself. There was so much positivity and support to learn and grow – definitely a strong platform for you to develop your confidence, skills and knowledge.

One rather interesting memory that comes to mind was travelling out onto the open sea in Singapore on a speedboat to deploy equipment for a ship owned by a client. Going above and beyond, there’s never a boring day here at Rentwise. The places I went to, the people I met along the way, you just never know what your next work adventure will be!

Bernard Victor
I have been with Rentwise for the past 14 years. Our CEO, Ms Leanne Ooi is an excellent leader, leading by example, she believes that employees are the most valuable assets of the company so we work hard and play hard together without forgetting to have a work life balance. Family is very important to her so she is constantly reminding all of us that we have 2-families, at work and at home. Make time for both. Not all companies / leaders will consider the well-being of their employees and their families.

Lanz Boo
The Company strives to be an equal opportunity employer, reflecting its commitment to ensuring workplace equality and diversity, shaping the foundation of a productive and healthy workplace. The management, notably, believes that everyone should feel supported and valued in order to work optimally, hence every Rentwiser is treated with respect and consideration. As the saying goes, “An organisation, no matter how well designed, is only as good as the people who live and work in it” (Dee Hock).
